  4. Bridge girder were so thin they've lossed stiffness. I guess the contractor executive and chief engineers now would've run away to US already. Corrupt and bribe on diminishing material. US always welcome all cheaters from China as political asylum pretext claim.

  5.  Chris Soo  Oscillation build up or not depend on outside factor such wind speed , direction or excitation of passing vehicles, not just the bridge itself natural frequency. If there's only bridge model in calculation, surely no build up or positive feedback. You can't dpend on your crude expectation on debate.
