@SoonerStoneAI I don't think Chinese buy real estate in Dubai. For Canada , root cause came from Canada opened to Hong Kong immigrated rich people in 1997. Afterward this HK people who has nothing doing in Canada found a good job in being real estate broker for new rich Chinese people in Canada.

@eugenechin2863 Might be Chinese with other nationalities. Not purely Chinese. For example , my country's corrupted politician , Mr.Thaksin had bought property in Dubai. He is Thai nationality but can hoax as Chinese. If they're really Chinese , what reason they are to buy property in that oven climate environment.
