  3. At that time Britain wanted to annex Tibet into its Biritish India colony. So it sent troops climbing Himalaya mountain seized Lhasa,the capital of Tibet region and then proclaim its British territory. Ofcourse China did not accept But Britain asked any countries aroun the world to recognize it which they all saw it was absurd doing. Russia who frustrated to Britain aggressive and greed behavior decided move their cavalry from Xinjiang to drive away the Brit. Britain acknew the situation , without naval assisted, the Brit would undoubt destroy by Russia had they fought. So the Brit evaded back to India. Before Britain ran away , it had a ploy in set up Tibet puppet government and declared independent to China, in order that the Tibet puppet govt would annex to Britain later in the plan. Again , no one recognized Tibet puppet govt proclaimed except Britain itself.
