  1. This channel youtuber is very shallow. He does not know China part only contributes 17% of fresh water to Mekhong river while Laos region alone has water flow to Makhong more than 43% annually. Source of Mekhong river water from the north from China comes from melting ice , so it gives less water. The main fresh water of Mekhong river comes from monsoon rain forest in Laos and Thai region. If we focus the main source of water alone which has big dam reservoir, the biggest is Namgnum dam in Laos. You can see it is the biggest lake there in south east asia which everyone can see from Google earth. So the falsify story of China to Mekong river that often made up by various US agents comes from jealous of the country itself. Yes, US also has long river like China has. But it has not long river with such geography like China has. It's Missisippy river are wide and long river but it is not elevation height enough to make electricity like China. And that's it. China can produce carbon free electricity from Mekhong river not from water volumatric but from elevation height. Because water in China part is at only 17% of the river. By the way , I am kindly enough telling you China has another river flow from Tibet which has geography like Mekhong river and flows to south east Asia also. It's Salween river that flows to Myanmar.
