  1. This Western clip maker is deliberately telling lied. The Russian hastily expanded to the East because they had to challenge the UK and French there. Russia and China have long known to each other for so long, longer than other western powers UK or France. So both Russia and China had some peace agreements signed. UK and other western powers were aware of Russia in Pacific , So they had a deal making Japan more developed and raise up military strength. After Japan got patronage from the West in technology development, they decided to seize Korea, made up its own colonial of the Japan empire. China with the failure to help the Korea fought the Japanese, Russia therefore offered to help block the Japanese had it done more invasion. China agreed to lend Russia some part of Manchuria to establish a military protection zone against Japan. And that is the real history. By the way, after the Imperial Japan navy destroyed the Russian Far East fleet in Tsushima naval battle. UK sent some part of its historical naval relic to Japan as an applauded.
