No , its MD80. CRJ has 2-2 seat narrow cabin config. ARJ has 3-2 seat, same cabin to MD. Tail engine mounted on CRJ hinged side incline upward. ARJ it hinges lateral, again same as MD.

Decades ago ,when in good relation. China aviation reg. had asked FAA in providing them all process to airworthiness issuance. Then they have complete learnt it. So the CAAC.FAR.25(China airwothiness license) is a shadow OF FAA.FAR 25 license. By the way, afterward US has aware on China aviation industry influence rise up. So they decie not to co-issue the airworthiness to any jet from China or Russia there on.

Guess what is the airline's name? Till this day , they have not lay off any one employee. So their lost are huge some. The airline where board and directors all are corruption. They set up various shell company at Cayman Island bought Boeing and Airbus planes then lease to the airlines at twice or triple the cost they had bought.

Plane fuselage are different from wings or any control surfaces. Fuselages expand and shrink each time plane has operated. Delamination are common in any carbon composite material. By the way , Does Airbus use American polymer in their composite? Is it the same grade as being used by Boeing?

You cannot work with someone if you don't thrust them at least on the bottom line. If Russian never thrust China but shows their corporate, It means Russian want to cheat China money in developing their new airplane.

Russia has not big engine, so they come to 4. Their biggest turbofan is Ukraine D18T which has not enough thrust to dual.
