  5. If this ATR are likely prone to icing problem like this, I suggest those airlines to use Antonov prop planes instead. The Soviet planes most of the time operating in dense snow, severe cold condition. Had they prone to icing such this ATR, They would have ended up in a hundred fatal accidents.
