  2. TSMC is just a silicon printing industry. But those who build printing machines are not Taiwanese. Thats why US had given this segment of IC industries to Taiwan. Because the real core knowledge does not belong to Taiwan.

  3.  @JonProphet111  Yes at the moment There's only silicon printing wafer whom US has provided it all their machines available. The other is Samsung. By the way F35 ICs are not manufactured by Taiwan but Its made in Texas instrument wafer printing factory in Texas.
