  2. The Brit didn't look down on Japan. Contradictory they had prepared and managed. Almost all British soldiers in Singapore and Malaya had been evacuate to Ceylon(Sri lanka) and India months before Japan invaded. These soldiers are heritage upper class guys from real Britain , so they ran. And UK replaced it with Indian soldiers and rural Aussie soldiers. In Anglo white men ,there are also class structure people. The real Brit were coward when they saw Nanking massacre and the cruelty of Japanese army. Not only to Singapore , but Hongkong ,the real Brit soldiers also ran away and replace with the same fate Canada soldiers. And these fearsome also dissipated to those Brit batallions in Burma. They lose ground and retreat very fast. Until they retreated to Burma-India border tried to hold on the last town desperately with command from the HQ in India "fight to the last men". The commander desperately asking for re-supply force but was denied. But the sly British HQ in India telegram to Chinese KMT army asking for help treatening that had the town fallen, the supply line from India to China 'd have been cut by the Japanese. Finally China sent battalion with 800 soldiers to break the Japanese army circled. After the Japan force was defeated , Chinese commander had interrogated the Japanese liutenant of the numbers on Japanese side in siezing the town. The liutenant confessed they attacked with number around 1/3 of the Brit battalion who withold it!!!!

  3.  @brunopadovani7347  I only knew that Colt1911 was designed with potent kill the Filipino in mind at principle. American said their old pistol can't stop Pinoy resistant in one shot. So ,don't astonish when hearing Filipino hates American most.
