  1. In Europe only France has potential sending (real) rocket to space. Italy are trying to build one. Out of this there are US, Russia, China , Japan and India. But Germany might have capability do their own by taking over Ukraine space rocket company. Depend on US and UK who intensifying guard against this , would they allow it happend.
