Sanction has its psycho effect in early day of being used. As time goes by, it will deteriorate it effective and people would feel as its their normal life as one see in many countries on US sanction list. Given Russia who had been Soviet Union, the country once they had not business relevant to western sphere. So I don't give it a dime. Don't forget Soviet was fallen by its mismanagement of communist means. It was not fallen by any sanction. And now Russia economy are based on market mechanism and capital driven. So it no doubt will have a good future given they have plenty of resources on their land.
