  5. With decommisioning, its possible that tanks which are still mobile are decommisioned first and the seized up tanks are left as it would eat up too many man hours moving them into a workshop. Imagine a stubborn, old donkey which is out of shape but avoids the butcher's knife for years and years cause the donkey refuses to leave the hillside.😅
