  3. David Ashton Batman uses martial arts and will dodge or redirect attacks. He also uses his gadgets or terrain advantage. He’s not like the others in the League that just barge in punching.

  4. Tony Stark meant inner character; not the literal suit. And he was scolding Spiderman for disobeying him and causing a disaster. Lol, DCEU fans are not known for their appreciation of nuance or subtlety. They literally need everything spelled out to them in the form of words written on pictures, words written on dead sidekick suits, words written on tattoos, words written on graffiti on statues, bad guys telling us they are the bad guys every 10 minutes, philosophy 101 exposition, hero introductions in email attachments, etc.

  6. +Wolf Man Lyken, the problem was, the BvS suit didn't look like it had any functionality, like an IronMan suit, or the power suit in the animated Dark Knight Returns. It just looked like he slapped on a bunch of metal cladding, as if that would do anything against Superman.

  7. ReezyBeBreezy but metal cladding doesn’t help against inertia and impact absorption. At least Ironman can say it’s some hi-tech. With Batman, it just looks like metal; something Superman should easily be able to tear through.

  8. ReezyBeBreezy I’m just saying, there’s no sense of hydraulics or mechanical wizardry that is supposed to help. If it’s just metal padding, then it’s useless. At least show some pistons pumping, sound effects of moving parts, or maybe some special substance that absorbs impact in the lining. Pure body armor is pointless against Superman. It doesn’t even have to make sense; we know Ironman’s suit is fantasy, but it shows us enough parts in it that it could make sense in its universe to be able to do all the things it does.
