Russia performs better in PPP, where people can live a decent life, but maybe not of luxury. Whereas in the US, the wage gap is increasingly ridiculous. You’re either having caviar or canned tuna.

  4.  @stephencooper3583  which is why it’s foolish to try to compare living standard of 2 countries strictly on data. And ask any food bank and their numbers are only going up; not down. Homelessness ain’t on the decline either in the US.
