  38.  @unlink1649  calculated risk? The guy said out loud everything he needed for the Spring Offensive to even have a chance of succeeding, and he didn’t get anything even close to it. That means he marched his men to die, knowing they didn’t have what it took to win.

And I was saying Russia isn’t interested in a PR war, so they have no interest in publicly disclosing “learning from mistakes.” There’s no strategic value in it, and can be a liability.

And the fact that NAFO channels don’t see it, indicates you all don’t learn either. Zaluzhny publicly stated the conditions he needed for a successful Spring offensive, but went ahead anyway with nowhere near what he asked for. The AFU hasn’t learned a damned thing.

  44. Russia hasn’t even fully mobilized yet. They are still using volunteers and reservists. It’s Ukraine that had resorted to banning military age men from leaving and using press gangs to drag to the front line teenagers, elderly, cripples, and women.
