  3. This isn’t a walk in the park. A 2 days exposed to the desert is deadly, and they were in as bad as physical condition as you could get. It’s blazing hot during the day and freezing cold at night. Their car offered shelter as well as storage for their sack of oranges. Even a person in peak physical condition would be put to the test.
