  1. The First Amendment only means the US Govt can’t arrest you for freedom of speech. Once you sign an agreement with a private entity, you have to abide by their rules.

  4. Such Conservative logic: since 2 other people are breaking the rules, that means I should be able too! If you don’t like the rules, then don’t buy a house in that HOA. You aren’t a special snowflake. If you raise a political flag, you deal with the consequences.
