@magnuspettsson an orderly withdrawal evacuates all your men and equipment safely to avoid capture or death, which is what the Russians do. What major battle has the Russian army ever been trapped in a siege? A retreat is a panicked, disorderly rout where soldiers flee, die, or get captured en mass like Ukraine does regularly.
