  1. It doesn't matter what the Ukrainians agreed to. Russia has been very adamant that they will not consider any temporary freeze.

  4.  @EdJones-g1r  it’s not a willingness at all. Ukies are a proxy to the US and will do anything they say. This meeting was just theatrics and they know Russia will refuse it anyway. Also, the Trump officials have already let slip that the aid never really stopped.
