  8. Andrew they aren’t ghost cities. The Chinese build out cities and infrastructure before moving people in. Shenzhen used to be a “ghost city” and now it’s the Silicon Valley of China. All those ghost city videos are from travel bloggers that didn’t have a clue and didn’t bother to ask any Chinese officials of what was going on.
