  7. This is end stage capitalism. Soon, everyone needs a day job and 3 side hustles just to pay rent. You will live only to work. When you turn real estate into a commodity/investment, this is the result. And yeah, Californians can flee to cheaper markets, which I’m sure Texas, Idaho, Oregon, Florida, etc will appreciate?

  14. Shelters are hellholes and are only a temporary “solution.” There does need to be big changes, but they are politically unpopular. Basically, you’d need hardcore socialism to fix it, and nobody wants to be the one to do it.

  26. In America, gender should be like religion: either you include all of them, or you include none of them. If you have a Bible in front of a school, you should be able to have a satanic statue. If you have boy/girl section, then you should be able to have trans. Christofascism doesn’t have a monopoly on morality.
