  2.  @camocas  It is an either/or situation. Either Europe freezes, or they need to spend on expensive energy that drives companies away. I don't see what is so difficult to understand about this?

  3.  @nkristianschmidt  But Germany didn't diversify. They traded dependency on Russia for dependency on the US.

  4.  @nkristianschmidt  US is going to fleece the EU because there are no more alternatives now. Qatar and Norway aren’t going to be able to close that gap either. Cheap energy is now a thing of the past and will de-industrialize Europe.
