  1. It’s not promoting. It’s about the Russian speakers that have been living there. And countries have gone so far as genocide Russian speakers, such as Ukraine since 2014.

  4.  @Misophist  there are a lot of Russian speakers in Ukraine, and they’re not monolithic. They are the first ones the AFU conscript to the frontline, though. And Zelensky does whatever gets him more mansions.
