  4.  @fredkite9330  that’s not what this is. It just means the EU will “think about it.” Which is no guarantee I’m the slightest.

  5.  @JG-xi4tu  which is non-guaranteed, could take decades, and can be vetoed at any time. The EU and Ukraine were desperate for good news, so they settled for this pointless symbolic gesture. Just like when they made a big show of signing the “memorandum of understanding,” trying to trick people into thinking Ukraine is joining the EU.
