That’s what was assumed of Russian leadership in Krynky, Robotyne, Belgorod, etc. Russian leadership always gets vindicated in the end because they see the big picture and have patience.

@OMT988 so you see that lightning blitz are not meant to hold territory. That initial Russian siege in Kiev was to bring Zelensky to the negotiating table (which worked). It was never meant to occupy, since there was not enough forces to do so. What is the purpose pf this Kursk incursion?

AFU walked straight into another kill pocket, like they do every time. The faster and wider they fan out, the harder it is to reinforce and resupply their forces. It’s dramatic, yes, but the effects are fleeting.

@OMT988 would 20 years make more sense to you? Say…the time it took the US losing in Afghanistan?

@OMT988 where are you getting your information? That convoy was fine. Did you expect them all to find big parking lots? If they never got to Kiev, then why does the Western media keep harping about the “Siege of Kiev?”

@OMT988 the failed AFU operations in Krynky, Robotyne, Belgorod, etc were supposed to sow discontent and draw away forces too, no? How’d that turn out?

@heyfitzpablum I know. USA was very patient in Afghanistan for 20 years. And the West can never catch up to the production rate of Russia because the Russian MIC is purpose built, while the West is profit built.
