  2. Pablo Pulido you look up any definition of “cinema” and MCU movies easily qualify. He is painting his own narrow definition of it. And his main argument is that franchise movies are hogging up all the screen time, when there’s only what, 3-4 comic movies a year? There’s plenty of room for non-comic movies the rest of the year. He’s just an old man jealous that he isn’t pulling Endgame numbers himself.

  3. Tim from the basement MCU can be both cinema and theme park. Look up the definition of “cinema.” And Joker was basically a rip off of Taxi Driver and King of Comedy. While it was a good movie, it was HIGHLY derivative, and not nearly as smart as everyone thinks it is.
