Bitcoin is like cash, diamonds, artwork, real estate, etc. You can regulate it to a point, but if criminals want to launder money, they will do it; they’ve done it long before Bitcoin was even invented. And where is your data on the scale and severity of criminal activity done in Bitcoin?

  5.  @Leshic2  any transaction on the blockchain can be observed by the public. If any of the walkers get identified, they can be tracked. The same cannot be said with a sack of cash.
