  5.  @billr5842  but what other crypto can? Bitcoin is the only truly decentralized one. Every other coin has a guy to go after. If Bitcoin fails, then the entire crypto ecosystem fails.

  6.  @billr5842  you know it uses energy arbitrage? There’s incentive to use the cheapest forms of energy to mine. Christmas lights waste more energy than most countries too; should those be banned? Gold destroys environments. The traditional financial system consumes far more energy with offices, employees, military spending, etc. If you don’t like Bitcoin, then what’s a cleaner alternative?
