Knew a dealership that I worked for where the mechanics there were honest and hard working. The place had been a pillar of the community for years, sponsored sports teams, parade floats, charity events, etc. When the owner retired and passed down the business to his spoiled assed rotten kids, they replaced the better mechanics with unqualified tech school flunkies who just liked to work on cars in their driveways but never did it properly. They also gave their friends from school jobs as sales and customer service reps who were total jerks to customers and to the rest of the staff. I ended up quitting after working there for 18 months, I saw the difference from my time there under the dad and the last of it under his kids. The place went under a few years after I left.
