I would have no problem with squatters who didn’t destroy property, pirate utilities, litter, and run illegal rackets out of their spaces such as drugs, etc. if they keep to themselves, fix up the property, heck even pay the back taxes on it, that’s fine. I myself was a squatter and never did any wrong to anyone other than trespass. I understood and didn’t take it personal, just got my stuff and left. But after I was run out by the authorities, what wound up moving in after me were the sort of squatters such as the ones in this video. Yet they weren’t “evicted”. However, property owners have rights as well, and to punish any homeowners for what squatters who illegally entered the property without the owners’ permissions, refuse to leave, and enjoyed protection by a corrupt and incompetent government, is an outrage and the sign that criminals have taken over the government. Why else do they give more rights to criminals than to citizens?
