Questions: If the Jewish people had, and utilized guns during WW2, would WW2 have turned out differently? If the 'American' Indians had guns, when 'Americans' committed genocide against them, would America had turned out different? Many people in many nations today, if they had guns, would those people be so easily slaughtered, even by their own government at times? Fully arm and train the citizens with guns, lots and lots of guns. Many nations have nuclear weapons, and other than America, has not utilized those weapons against innocent people. But, mutually assured destruction helps to keep the peace. Hint, Hint.

Consider also, the entire US Government gets all their powers and authorities from 'We The People'. Anything at all that the US Government can do, so too can every single American citizen with their inherent powers and authorities. Now, 'We The People' do not normally exercise our inherent powers and authorities so as to have a more orderly nation. BUT, those powers and authorities are still retained by each and every American citizen. Hence, 'We The People' can alter, (which has been numerous times), the US Government (as evidenced by the Amendments to the US Constitution as well as all the laws wrote and abolished all across America). And per the Declaration Of Independence, 'We The People' can also abolish the entire US Government if enough of 'We The People' decided to do so. It's a system called 'self governance'.
