  1. People like our latest Supreme Court Nominee are utilizing the Constitution as a shield so that 'religious tests' can't be utilized against them. This is how they are infiltrating the US Government. Now, consider the following: Many religions claim religious exemptions from secular laws that they don't like. So, why can't secularists claim exemptions from laws that religious people make in our system of governance when secularists don't like the laws that religious people make in our government? These religious people create laws in the government that then the police and even military at times might be forced to enforce. The 'secularists' (even possibly considered a religion itself), should be able to claim exemptions from these laws. What's good for one should be good for another. I could even foresee a day when there are two sets of laws on the books. One for religions and one for secularists. Why should secularists have to follow religious dogma even if that dogma is instituted in the US's laws?
