Is President Trump guilty of numerous counts of 'negligent homicide'? President Trump told the American people that COVID was not deadly, full well knowing that COVID was deadly, and some American citizens literally died due to those lies. President Trump knowing that COVID was deadly, continued to have super spreader events, and some American citizens literally died due to those events. President Trumps primary job function is to keep American citizens 'safe'. So, is President Trump 'negligent' as President of the USA and committed 'homicide' since even only one single American citizen died, and possibly many counts since many American citizens literally died?

Not have had super spreader events that literally ended American citizen's lives. Do you know, that if Trump truly did what was best for the American people concerning COVID, he probably would have been re-elected? He didn't, so he wasn't. Trump's own failures are due to Trump himself, nobody else.

Currently, 'what if' the Republican party had also been in charge of the Congress? President Trump, (or any future President with their own party being in charge of the Senate and Congress), could act with impunity, doing whatever, and never getting impeached. And additionally, being able to pardon anybody who helped him or her, of all Federal crimes. B. MY SOLUTION: In order to have a more perfect union, and to protect America's democracy from the likes of President Trump and his supporters, ALL formal political parties should be done away with at ALL levels of governance and ALL politicians should be political Independents. Sure, politicians could still gather around like minded issues, just no more formal political parties at any level of governance. These political parties have become too large, too powerful, and too ingrained in America's politics. I believe we would have a better democracy that way, a better America, and a better world. All democratic nations should also implement this solution. America's, and the world's, national securities are literally at risk if we don't.
