  2. The CIA can operate on foreign soil. Hint, hint, be a fly on the wall at the Trump / Putin meeting. Our nation's security might be at risk. Trump is either being blackmailed by and/or is cahoots with Russia, and/or is mentally deficient. Any or all of those items deserves your intervention. (At least as how I currently see it to be).
