  28.  @olive996  It can possibly change, but it probably won't, if we even actually can. What I mean by all this: a. First, honestly answer these questions: "What exactly matters throughout all of future eternity and to whom does it exactly and eternally matter to?" God alone? and/or Me too? and/or Some other entity or entities? OR To no eternally consciously existent entity at all? To keep this short, the later is most probably the correct answer. There are no immortally consciously existent entities that truly exist throughout all of future eternity. Or so the current analysis would seem to indicate. Many claim such entities exist, but no actual evidence has been provided of their actual existence. We are it. We either find out how to consciously survive throughout all of future eternity by some means, even if only by a continuous succession of ever evolving species, or we don't, and one day all conscious life dies and goes extinct without any conscious entities being left to care. b. Now also: * The 6th mass extinction event is most probably going to start this century due to natural reasons, some say it's already started, and the 6th won't be the last. * Science tells us that this Earth and it's Sun won't last for literally all of future eternity. So, ONLY those species that make it off of this Earth and out of this solar system continue to consciously survive, everybody else dies and goes extinct. * It appears by my analysis that our solar system is being pulled toward our galactic center due to gravity, hence a spiral shaped galaxy in a cause and effect state of existence. The galaxy is spiral shaped for a reason. Orbital velocity and gravity would cause a spiral effect. So, only those species that make it out of this galaxy continue to consciously survive, everybody else dies and goes extinct. And then of course, once out of this galaxy, where to go next and how long to get there? So, basically, a very pro-active space program is needed. And there are many, many problems that have to be successfully solved. c. Space travel has gotten more expensive just in my lifetime. What exactly is space travel going to cost in the next one hundred, one thousand, one million years from now? Even very low inflation rates, but over a prolonged period of time, might still lead to the demise of all the species upon this Earth as no species would be able to afford space travel. And in the case of inflation, we did it to ourselves with our human greed. So, basically, zero inflation is needed. So, when you say "Nothing ever changes", don't worry, it will, one way or another. Species from this Earth either become space explorers, or all die and go extinct without any conscious entities being left to care. But, will the human species make the 'right' choices? Sad to say, probably not. And we did it all to ourselves.

  43. Hannah Claiborn Yep. If I had my way, there would no longer be any formal political parties in the Government at any levels of the Government and ALL politicians would be Independents, I believe we would have a better World, Nation, Government and Life that way. Sure, politicians could still gather around like minded issues in an informal way, just no more formal political parties. Now, also being realistic, it will probably never happen as politicians would have to vote against their own self interests, and history shows they normally don't do that. But I still think it should be done for a better world and nation. We have to exist in the world how it is, not how we would wish it to be, but then again, nobody says we can't try to change the world to how we want it to be either. Agendas and competing agendas. Then we still all die one day from something and forget it all and are forgotten one day in future eternity as if we never ever existed at all in the first place. (Or so the current analysis that I have done seems to indicate). Life itself is just an illusion, an illusion that is all going to end one day and be forgotten. It's just a matter of what kind of illusion do we want to exist in while we do consciously exist. We do have choices. What exactly do we, individually and as a society of individuals, choose? A life how it is, or a life how we want it to possibly be? And who decides? And by what authority do they and they alone get to decide? This is the cause of much strife, suffering and death in this world as we try to figure it all out. Then we all die anyway, figured out or not.

  45. GOD DOES NOT ACTUALLY EXIST EXCEPT FOR AS A CONCEPT: (copy and paste from my files): For those who claim God actually exists (besides as a concept), consider the following: a. An actual eternally existent absolute somethingness truly existing. b. An actual eternally existent absolute somethingness that has consciousness, memories and thoughts truly existing. People who claim God actually and eternally exists basically are claiming that 'b' above is correct but yet simultaneously seem to be saying that 'a' is impossible to occur. 'a' above can exist without 'b' existing but 'b' cannot exist unless 'a' exists. Even per the scientific principal of Occam's razor, 'a' is more probable of being really true rather than 'b'. I am one step away from proving God's existence, but am unable to find any actual evidence to do so. And nobody I've talked to seems to have any actual evidence of God's actual existence either. All humans appear to have are 'Theories of God'. Some humans appear to go their whole life basing their life upon their specific theory of God. Many give their God human characteristics and cannot even prove the existence of their God much less the characteristics given to their God. Some have circumstantial arguments for a God's existence, but others have circumstantial arguments for no God existing. Not one has any actual factual evidence that their God actually factually even exists. Hence, at this time in the analysis, God does not actually exist except for as a concept created by humans for humans. Humans have personified Nature and called that personification "God". Instead of what is claimed "God creating man in God's image", it's more likely that "Man created God in Man's image". Further consider that if the emotional parts of the brain override the logic and reasoning parts of the brain, people can be made to believe basically anything at all as being really true. Plus modern science has already proven that humans can have visual and audio hallucinations that are very real to that individual. All the more reason for critical thinking being needed and to follow the facts wherever those facts might lead. Some people for some reason (social conditioning/brainwashing/wishful thinking) believe in future eternity without end but do not accept eternity past with no beginning. In addition, while modern science does not know what consciousness actually is yet, memories and thoughts appear to require a physical correctly functioning brain to have those items occur. Where is God's brain? Where are God's memories stored at? How are God's memories stored and retrieved? How does God think even a single coherent thought? If inside of this space time dimension we appear are existing in, then where? If outside of this space time dimension we appear are existing in, then where is the interface between that dimension and this dimension? No such interface has been discovered as of yet as far as I am currently aware of. * Note: Since this is a search for the real absolute truth concerning God, Intelligent Designer, Pre-existent Consciousness, etc, feel free to copy and paste this elsewhere to further the analysis and discussion. * For those who claim God actually exists besides just as a concept, please prove that 'b' above is really true and that 'a' is not really true.
