Consider the following: (And sure, not for everybody): a. People buy more expensive homes due to demand being greater than supply, and people might be spending more than they originally wanted to. b. Economic inflation is most probably still going to increase, some say drastically increase due to various issues. c. Taxes and insurance on those homes will also go up. d. Very little if any margin for error in some people's finances. One high medical bill, one high car repair or replacement bill, one lost job due to whatever reason, and many people are going to go under. (And let's not forget the rent and mortgage moratoriums that will be expiring as well. Many might become homeless real quick). e. The number of bankruptcies will probably go up, and people's credit score will go down, with all the economic effects of those items as well.

@ordinaryhuman5645 A thing is also, cars and homes need repairs, people get ill, people have accidents, natural disasters happen, inflation seems to continually go up, including real taxes going up, once interest rates go back up (and they will one day), people will have to make higher charge card payments, etc... And then also all those who are going to become homeless real soon when the moratoriums run out and they don't have the money to pay the bills. Then sometimes, people lose their job through no fault of their own for one reason or another, and if do they have a job, the pay raises they might get probably don't keep up with the true cost of inflation. I predict many more bankruptcies here in America, many more people are going to have bad credit (which will cause other issues), many more people are going to be homeless,(and in one of the richest nations on this Earth by the way).

@ordinaryhuman5645 Didn't you also read the top line in my original thread that included: "(And sure, not for everybody):". This obviously did not include people like yourself. It's only basically dealing with 'Abnormal Human', :-)

@mytravls I believe in part it has to do with 'emotions'. When people let their emotions override their logic and reasoning, people can do 'crazy' things, sometimes even dangerous and deadly things.
