One possible solution to America's ever growing national debt:
The 6th mass extinction event has already started due to natural reasons. Earth's magnetic field weakening, projected to be at it's weakest around 2035, allowing more and more harmful cosmic radiation energy to reach the surface of this Earth, and us, as well as the Earth's magnetic poles moving, north pole currently moving towards Siberia and projected to possibly end up around Indonesia. And all the events that will occur with just these two items. It's not called a mass extinction event without reason.
But then, rich people who have chosen to, and the US Government, the US Government doing it with tax payer's money, have been, and continue to, build safe underground bunkers and infrastructure so as to save their own asses while the rest of their fellow citizens, (and surface species), would most probably die a horrible death on the surface. Some of those bunkers are built to withstand even WW3, and they are not cheap.
And then, whomever is left, abolishes the current United States of America, per the Declaration Of Independence even, along with it's massive debt, and starts a new government with a new 'improved' Constitution, with zero debt, and the remaining world's resources at their disposal.
For US citizens who did not receive in invite into one of those safe bunkers, built in part with your tax payer dollars, ask yourself, why not?
But then also, not to worry, ONLY those species who get off of this Earth, out of this solar system, and out of this galaxy 'might' continue to survive one day, everybody else is going to die and go extinct, including those who have screwed over their fellow human beings. Small consolation, but just knowing they are going to get theirs too one day helps. They too will all die one day from something, will forget everything they ever knew and experienced, and will be forgotten one day in future eternity as if they never ever existed at all in the first place, just like the rest of us. Bastards until they are bastards no more.
