Question: What is Trump's plan on paying off his share of America's ever growing national debt that he wrung up? Creating new jobs does not seem to be reducing America's debt. And sure, let me run up the government's charge card and I could make America's economy look better too. If these people are so financially smart, then why ever increasing national debt?

@bostinelosd a. Spend less and/or more taxes one way or another. How do you get out of debt at home? Of course, the best way possibly, is to never get into debt in the first place. But those who are able and successful, can utilize debt and have it pay off larger in the future with wise investments. So far, while the USA's economy is doing better, the USA's national debt is still growing. Any money being received by the US Government is not having enough of the receipts going to pay off the USA's debts. b. I am an American in America with free speech. I can sit here and bitch, while drinking coffee too. And it is not useless as it even started a conversation with you. (Not to mention but I will, others who have read this conversation and at least 3 people have 'liked' my original comment so far in just 17 minutes since posting it.) c. Suggestions: 1. Spend less. 2. Tax more. 3. Tax receipts received, have more of those receipts going to pay off the ever increasing national debt. d. What's your suggestions besides just bitching at others who are trying to fix this nation's national debt issue? e. TRUMP: And Trump is supposed to be a 'financial genius'. Okay genius, fix America's ever growing national debt that you in part helped to increase. Don't claim a better economy when this nation's debt is going up also.

@bostinelosd a. "Neither is right, neither is wrong, ..." The definition of 'evil' (in part): "Morally bad; wicked; unkindly; injury; affliction." One day, if the Republican party wants to reduce America's ever increasing national debt on the backs of their fellow American citizens by reducing those American citizen's social programs that help those American citizens, then those Republicans would be considered 'evil' by definition. So, I guess it depends upon whose definitions are being utilized as to 'right' and 'wrong'. b. The comments concerning the 'likes'. It is not how I judge comments, it was to counter the comment you made, "At this point, sitting in your chair bitching about it is a useless exercise." I showed how it was not a useless exercise. You are acting just like a typical Republican. If you don't like the answer, move the goal posts. Basically, 'cheat'. Are you a Republican? c. "How do you know they aren't working on it?" If they are working on reducing USA's ever increasing national debt, then they should be fired and replaced because they are doing a piss poor job at it. Where are the results? Here again, Trump and his supporters claim Trump is a financial genius. Well, is he trying to bankrupt America like he did to many of his businesses? Ring up debt, stiff others, and walk away?

Luis Tovar If you were smart enough to read and understand the context of that comment, maybe you would be smart enough to be able to read and understand the context of that comment. It was in response to 'CycloneD' comment concerning "At this point, sitting in your chair bitching about it is a useless exercise.", and I was showing how it was not a 'useless exercise'. @1flash3571 Trump is NOT the cause of America's total increasing national debt. But Trump certainly increased America's total national debt. And I am asking, Trump is supposed to be a financial genius, okay, what is his plan on paying off his share of America's ever increasing national debt, that in part, he help ring up? If it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, sure it might not be a duck, but it sure is a good initial educated assessment that it might be a duck. Just like Trump and his 'innocence' concerning his impeachment trial. "IF" Trump is so innocent, then allow documents and witnesses in a fair trial which would only show the entire world that Trump was innocent. Trump and the Republican's actions are speaking louder than their words. The Republicans in the Senate are currently acting like traitors to America, it's Constitution, their oath of office, and their oath they even took before the trial started. So, are they 'ducks'?

@stevenhughes1110 Okay, consider the following: Very large fossil fuel driven military + Rising fossil fuel costs = Destroyed economy and/or Smaller military. Which way are we going to go? Destroyed economy or Smaller military? Why does the USA need a military 8 times larger than others? Why not even only 6 times larger than others?

@johnryan8859 What you say is how I understand it to be also, other than Clinton actually had a surplus if I remember correctly. So it can be done, even by only a single President. It apparently can be done because it has been done.
