VOX: Consider the following and please correct me if I am wrong in my understanding:
ALL the powers and authorities that the entire government gets, at all levels of the government, it gets from basically 'We The People' per the Declaration Of Independence.
So now, if the President ever pardons them self, or even if they have the legal authority to pardon them self (even if they never ever exercise that authority to do so), then it would seem to me that every single American citizen would have the inherent right to pardon them self from any and all laws and regulations that the US Government has, (here again, because the entire Government gets all their powers and authorities from 'We The People').
If true, (that the President ever pardons them self, or even has the legal right to pardon them self), then fling open all the jail cells of American citizens here in the USA if those citizens, and those citizens alone, decide to pardon them self from any and all laws and regulations of the USA with their own inherent sovereign rights to do so.
And in that light:
"I, Charles E. Brightman, on this public forum, do hereby pardon myself from any and all laws and regulations of the US Government at ALL levels of governance, that ever were, are and/or will be, with my inherent sovereign rights to do so."
So be it. :-)
