"IF" guns are taken away from a US citizen, BEFORE they are found guilty or mentally incompetent, then that individual would be able to sue everybody involved due to those other individuals violating the citizens US Constitutional rights. Note also, a Judge is most probably NOT a licensed and trained psychologist, nor is a licensed and trained doctor.
