If every human that was able to, planted even only 1 tree or shrub that produced food for insects, animals, birds, humans and/or even fish where possible, there would be a lot more food in this world. While we did not come from a 'Garden Of Eden', we can make a Garden Of Eden by choice wherever we go.

Along the lines of the opening thread, while I myself will not see it for myself: * Species stay on this Earth: They will eventually ALL die and go extinct. * Species leave this Earth: Currently, they will eventually ALL die and go extinct. My current primary mission is to try to save at least one species from this Earth to continue to exist beyond this Earth, solar system and galaxy. While I would like to have that include the human species for various reasons, even if I help save only 1 single microbe species from this Earth to continue to exist beyond this galaxy the mission is considered a success.
