  1. Consider the following: "IF" Court 'gag' Orders are considered to be un-Constitutional, then so it would appear that even NDA's would be considered to be un-Constitutional.

  2.  @TheBigfattuna  I am familiar with how gag orders go. BUT, if Trump claims that the Judge's gag order is un-Constitutional, then surely ALL NDA's should also be considered un-Constitutional. American citizens should be able to freely speak their mind, regardless of the potential secrets revealed. I would hereby declare ALL NDA's to be un-Constitutional and let ALL those secrets be revealed. Get the popcorn, it should be a good show.
