  2.  @annbush1826  And please, someone explain to me, Executive Orders should ONLY apply to the Executive Branch of Government in how to interpret and apply already approved laws. And sure, some of those interpretations could affect the public outside of the government, BUT Executive Orders SHOULD NOT apply directly to the public. Otherwise, the Legislative Branch of Government (also the people's representatives), are cut out of the legislative process. And if this is not how Executive Orders actually are, should they be reigned in to ONLY apply to the Executive Branch of government? (Of which sure, indirectly they could still affect the public, but via already approved laws on the books.)
