  1. Cohen basically said under oath that Trump committed a crime. Now, if Trump goes under oath and claims he didn't, then it might be a 'he said' versus 'he said' type argument. BUT, ONLY if Trump does so under oath. Otherwise, Trump might just lie like he already publically has. If Trump doesn't go under oath to claim his innocence, then the law would have no other course but to pursue a full investigation into Trump concerning that alleged crime. The Republican party would want nothing less if it were Hillary or Obama and not Trump.

  2. Big Boy Fully agreed, just look at what Trump is saying and doing. Why would Trump say and do what he says and does unless one, he wasn't truly innocent (as he does not speak and act like an innocent person normally would), or two Trump is an idiot. Of course maybe both are really true, Trump is an idiot who is guilty.

  3. Big Boy No, no and no. Consider the following also: a. When Trump came into the Presidency, he was seen as being the leader of the free world by the free world. b. Then, Trump is no longer seen as being the leader of the free world by the free world. c. Then, Trump is seen as a joke by some nations in the free world with the free world's thinking. (ie: the balloon of Trump in a diaper). So, in less than 1 term in office, Trump has gone from being the leader of the free world as seen by the free world, to not being the leader of the free world as seen by the free world, to being a joke by some nations in the free world with their free thinking. Trump has made America 'LESS GREAT' in this world from the free world's perspective. And let us never forget, it was the Republican party and the Republican party alone, that picked Trump out of all the other candidates they had to pick from. Hence, as an Independent, I say "DUMP TRUMP AND DUMP THE REPUBLICAN PARTY THAT MADE AMERICA 'LESS GREAT'. So basically, to drain the swamp, Trump and all of the Republicans need to be removed from political office.

  5. Keep it Real I'm an Independent, not a Democrat. What does this video have to do with Obama? Cohen couldn't have plead guilty and that guilty plea accepted unless and only unless such a law existed that he even could of been guilty of.

  6. wendef ung That's what the investigation is for. Plus, for the 'crime' that Cohen pleaded guilty to and implicated Trump in the process too. It opens the door for a full investigation of Trump at least concerning the issue that Cohen pleaded guilty to.

Check out a video on MSNBC that was posted yesterday I believe it was concerning the State of New York bringing charges against Trump, his family and the Trump foundation, Cohen was called to be involved with that 'crime' also. c. While Trump might be protected being the President concerning certain potential crimes, his family and his foundation is not. Plus, being a State issue, Trump wouldn't be able to pardon his family either if they were found to be guilty. d. Trump might come to regret the day he ever became President of the USA. (If he doesn't already).

  9. Lucas Akame Agreed. From our perspective from the outside, I can only speculate as to what if any actual evidence the prosecutors already have. But, from the outside, it appears that Cohen under oath claimed his guilt and implicated Trump as being guilty also. So now, either a) Trump does nothing and Cohen's statement under oath stands, or b) Trump goes under oath and claims his innocence (of which from our perspective would be a 'he said' versus 'he said' argument, or possibly c) Trump goes under oath and claims his own guilt (highly unlikely from what I've seen of Trump so far), or of course d) Trump goes under oath, claims his innocence, BUT the prosecution already has actual evidence to burn Trump under oath, plus catch him lying under oath too. And note, it doesn't have to be a recording but maybe just an email or two.
