  3. Trina Love  The wall was started BEFORE Trump was even in office as President. BUT, Trump said over and over and over again, MEXICO WAS GOING TO PAY FOR THE WALL. So far, all I have seen is the American taxpayers getting stuck paying for the wall. Hence, another lie from a President who lies.
