If the Republicans push forward with a Supreme Court nominee before the election, especially how they treated Obama in his last year, (and there are things Democrats can do to delay or even stop it from occurring), another option is that 'when' the Democrats get the Presidency and majorities in the House and Senate, they change the law to allow more Supreme Court Justices to be on the Supreme Court. One candidate that has already been mentioned to be on the Supreme Court (installed by force like the Republicans did), is Hillary Clinton for a life time appointment. Let the next President decide who RGB's replacement is to be. And if it's Trump, then it's Trump. If not, then it's not. Otherwise ...............................................................
