QUESTIONS: a. "IF" a Federal Court found Trump guilty of committing insurrection, wouldn't that then apply? Congress would then have to vote to remove that insurrection claim if they chose to do so. b. "IF" a State Court cannot uphold the highest law in America, (the US Constitution), and States basically have to stay in their own lane as far as the Federal government is concerned, then can a US State Court even find someone guilty of a felony? (Felony being a violation of Federal law). Are all felonies done by a State court now invalid as no US State has jurisdiction over Federal laws?

Does America and this world truly want 'King Trump' who has no checks nor balances to keep him in line? Because 'if' that is what America and this world wants, that will be what America and this world will get.

Consider the following: "King Trump" with no checks nor balances, not even if he goes after his own supporters for not being loyal enough to him and him alone.

Well, a US State court found Trump guilty of committing insurrection. Doesn't even the US Constitution apply to States for State courts to uphold? And 'if' States cannot uphold Constitutional and Federal laws, then do all felonies given out by a State court now invalid? (As a State court does not have jurisdiction to apply federal laws.)

@aereree Colorado State Court was and is a valid US State Court. Trump was found guilty of committing insurrection in a valid US State Court.

@aereree Where did you see above whereby I was trying to cite the constitution? If I wanted to cite the Constitution, trust me, I can.
