QUESTION: Okay, a valid US Court in Colorado found DJT to be guilty of insurrection, but apparently that court's ruling has become invalid. And now, the Supreme Court ruled that a State cannot remove a Presidential candidate from the ballot (regardless of the reason). The question: "IF" a Federal court found DJT to be guilty of insurrection, would that then be valid in accordance with the US Constitution of not allow DJT from becoming President, even 'if' DJT won the Presidency, unless and only unless, Congress removed that insurrection finding? Do not courts overrule Congress unless Congress makes a law invalidating such?

"IF" DJT becomes the next US President (by whatever means he may do so), he will be the next US President. A US President that will not have any checks nor balances on that Presidency. "IF" that is what America wants, that will be what America will get.
