  1. Consider the following: How can Trump be disqualified from ballots per the 14th Amendment since he has not been found to be guilty of violating such Amendment? Even 'if' true (that Trump violated the 14th Amendment in actuality), wouldn't it have to be proven in a court of law first BEFORE he was removed or not allowed on ballots? Otherwise, is he not being punished BEFORE being proved to be guilty?
