  1. Pass a law that ALL public owned companies have the CEO's, etc pay and benefits dictated by the stockholders, not by some board of directors. More 'profits' could then go to the 'owners' (stockholders) instead of in the CEO's, etc pockets.

  3. And one day, ALL public owned companies have the CEO's, etc replaced by AI's who could follow the laws including accurate reporting of the facts concerning the company.
